The 244th winner of the St Leger, held on Saturday 12th September 2020 over 1 mile 6 furlongs and 132 yards of Town Moor, was Galileo Chrome, a bay colt by Australia out of Curious Mind, owned by the Galileo Chrome Partnership, and bred by Mohamed Ali Meddeb. A field of 11 runners contested the race which was worth £198,485 and held behind closed doors due to the coronavirus.
